Hi, I’m Blaire! I’ve spent 20+ years in the beauty industry and have been a Master Esthetician and Nationally Certified Sunless Artist since 2021. I’m the founder of Hill City Skincare, a Lynchburg College graduate, and the Official Competition Spray Tan Artist of Miss Virginia Opportunity. I’m passionate about healthy skin, beautiful results, and helping every client feel confident in their own skin. All bodies, ages, shapes, sizes, and skin types are welcome in my Judgment-Free Glow Zone!
